3. Eligibility

- By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Campaign Creators
- Ensure that surveys and polls comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Avoid uploading or sharing offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
- Obtain consent from Respondents if their personal data is collected.
4.2 Respondents
- Provide honest and accurate responses.
- Refrain from sharing sensitive or personal information unless explicitly requested by the Campaign Creator and consented to.
4.3 General Provisions
- Do not use the Application for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Spreading malware or engaging in phishing activities.
- Distributing spam or unsolicited content.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
5. Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property
