2. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
   • All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Campaign Creators

• Ensure that surveys and polls comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.
• Avoid uploading or sharing offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Obtain consent from Respondents if their personal data is collected.

4.2 Respondents

• Provide honest and accurate responses.
• Refrain from sharing sensitive or personal information unless explicitly requested by the Campaign Creator and consented to.

4.3 General Provisions

• Do not use the Application for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Spreading malware or engaging in phishing activities.
  • Distributing spam or unsolicited content.
  • Violating intellectual property rights.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy (https://sboing.net/en/page/privacy), which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Application, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
